About

I'm Brian, WelCome!

My aim is to consolidate the knowledge that has been shared with me, and offer long-term holistic strategies to improve our relationships with our bodies, daily quality of life, and each other.

I believe we can achieve these improved relationships through expanding our presence of mind, open communication, and creativity. Anchoring into your physical well-being can be your pathway to attaining this and I will help you discover how. As we collaborate together you'll unearth your inner strength and replenish the support channels necessary to perform coordinated movements with ease, express yourself eloquently and freely, and lead a life brimming with vitality and purpose.

I am honored to have trained under the tutelage of Jim Bennitt, James Tennant, David Catlin, Davin Youngs, and Amanda Boike to name a few. I am a proud alumni/participant at Tejas Yoga, American Council on Exercise (Active Personal Trainer), Black Box Acting, The Second City Training Center, Northwestern University, and The Roeper School

Originally from Detroit, MI. Now based out of Chicago, IL, I am leaning into my passions surrounding the restorative properties of our bodies, as well as the magic and marvel that is theatre, and how they intertwine. I welcome you to join me on this wonderful adventure and Move With Integrity into coordination and vitality!
