These 1 on 1 sessions draw from multiple disciplines to leverage a wholistic approach to improving your well-being. â€‹Inspired by the personal training format, we will work together to rejuvenate your body and your environment. 

Personal Training

Become the strongest version of yourself and expand your physical capabilities. Empower yourself through a combination of functional training, rest, and corrective exercises to reestablish healthy movement patterns before achieving feats beyond your imagination.

Yoga

Tune into your breath to cultivate mindfulness throughout your movements on and off the mat. Enhance your stability and balance through asana practices developed to support and challenge you simultaneously. 

Assisted Stretching 

Increase your mobility and flexibility through guided stretches designed to increase range of motion in a safe manner while promoting natural biomechanics.

Communication

Discover how to connect to your creativity and express yourself through language, gesture, and art. Learn how your nutrition informs your body and primes it for activity and recovery. Create a vision, share it  with others, and bring it to fruition.
